ATCC Quantitative Genomic; RNA from Human; respiratory syncytial; virus strain 9320
Quantitative Genomic RNA from Human respiratory syncytial virus strain 9320 can be used for assay development, verification, and validation as well as monitoring of day-to-day test variation and lot-to-lot performance of molecular-based assays. The quantitative format allows for the generation of a standard curve for quantitative PCR (qPCR) to determine viral load.
AllCells LLC Mobilized LeukoPak, Fresh, Neupogen(R) 10mcg/kg x 5, Mozobil 240 mcg/kg x 2, Day 6 Collection, Full Pak
5 doses of 10 µg/kg total body weight of Neupogen (filgrastim) are administered on each of 5 consecutive days and two 240ug/kg total body weight doses of Mozobil(plerixafor) are also administered on the 4th and 5th day prior to collection. Leukapheresis is performed on the day of the 5th administration and the following day* using the Spectra Optia Apheresis System. Mononuclear cell-rich blood is continuously collected using ACD-A as an anticoagulant. Approximately 120mL of autologous plasma is combined with apheresed cells. The product is filled to deliver a nominal 290mL and is shipped in a 300mL transfer bag. Total nucleated cells (TNC) in our fresh Neupogen/Mozobil-mobilized leukapheresis products are composed of, on average, 1.3% CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). Actual TNC concentration and CD34+ percentage vary based on donors’ response to mobilization and from collection to collection.
